Job Title: Customer Service Specialist I

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Operations

Position Summary

The Customer Service Specialist I is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to field service representatives and customers.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to sales representatives and customers
  • Verify package profile and create work orders
  • Provide price quotes to representatives and customers
  • Obtain purchase order if not already assigned
  • Prepare packaging slip
  • Work order verification
  • Analyzing and interpreting data
  • Creating written communication for quotes
  • Prepare instruments for shipping processing
  • Answering and transferring of incoming calls from On-site Service Repair Techs, Customers, and In House transfers

Required Experience

  • High School/GED required
  • 1-3 years Customer Service Experience

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite and in an electronic ERP system
  • Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, and stoop numerous times throughout the day
  • Basic Understanding of departmental equipment and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of competitor’s and OEM
  • Promotes and contributes to team work environment
  • Some familiarity with ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and Medical Device Good Documentation Practices
  • Flexibility in work schedule in order to meet department needs
  • Ability to demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Management System, Agiliti’s Quality Policy, and all other documented quality processes and procedures
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Work with direct and indirect supervision
  • Strong team player mentality
