Marketing & Administrative Specialist
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly competent individual to serve as the Marketing & Administrative Specialist for a growing interior design company.Passionate about high-quality outcomes, creative thinker and storyteller.
- Years of experience: 1-3 years experience in marketing, business management or relevant field.
- Major: Preferred : Interior design or relevant field. Or Marketing, business management or any relevant field.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: Eastern region
- Work Remotely: Yes, with occasional meetings in the company office.
- Gender: Both men and women.
-The Marketing & Administrative Specialist will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Makan.Design; help in identifying the target audience, and check the efficiency of the implemented marketing strategies.
- Maintaining and managing all company social media platforms, specifically: Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Direct the sales process and conduct products and services presentations for small and medium, emerging enterprise prospects.
- Oversee and perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the various company administrative activities.

- Expected to possess an excellent skill in business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills ( Arabic / English)
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with high level of professionality.
- Strong organizational & planning ability.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Adobe Creative Suite experience ( illustrator, photoshop)
- Demonstrable social media experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
- Ability to spot emerging trends
- strong presentation skills.
