Head of Admin & Support Services
HR -Admin Services & Governmental Relations
- Manage all admin services are provided to employees through a one-stop Help Desk contact point. Will be held accountable for the quality of the service.
- Manages the admin help desk operation process
- Ensure the employee and his line managers are informed in writing when issues beyond our control stop us from providing the right service to our internal customers.
- Develop a Tracking system for all transactions and handover of documents (all transaction steps should be DOCUMENTED)
- Deal with all benefits inquiries as per policy and discuss any exception requests from Head of HR or Relevant Operation Business Partner.
- Ensure personal employee data in the HRMS is updated.
- Work closely with HRMS IT manager to get the support needed for all admin issues.
- Execute other initiatives including employee survey. Employee self-service
- Manage time & attendance system Eltizam reporting and accuracy.
- Manage relations with the concerned labor office to ensure support.
- Manage relations with other functions (Maintenance/Corporate Purchase/Finance etc.) to ensure all activities are in place
- Manage and set the standard for relation with labor offices. Manage the process for iqama transfer & profession change and ensure agreed standards are met when processing requests. Ensure data in the labor office are updated and in line with requirements.
- Ensure that accurate salaries files uploaded on time in the labor office on a monthly basis
- Ensure PRC and the other subsidiaries companies not in Red zone in Netaqat, and advice for any corrective action may require to maintain all companies in good zone to avoid stop of other services

- Member of annual renewal committee based on medical insurance performance and claims optimization.
- Manage all GOSI transactions
- Manage HQ Office services.
- Manage all needed arrangement for hosting any big events internally like a board meeting, IFTAR Ramadan Gathering, and any annual events.
- Ensure that all new employees going through proper on-boarding process and all related documentation did probably (Baladya cards issued for all stores employees dealing with food, ID card issuance..) to maintain working on time at stores
Administration & Payment
- Monitor agreed a process for updating process documentation ensure all required documentation is in place and available.
- Set standard for managing office services and manage the budget to ensure cost is controlled.
- Generally, monitor issues/request and provide support to solve key issues. Set standard for managing requests.
- Approved all employees related deductions, and proceed with different payment (Hotel invoices, Medical Invoices, and Death claims with Savola Group
- Manage internal Travel agency for maintaining ticketing for vacation or business trip
- Monthly accurate payroll processing on time & Ensure the payment to be in employee accounts on 25th of the month and manage the weekend pay plan.
- Ensure continuous health check on employee advances & loans.

– Being updated about the Labor Office requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
