The Business Analyst gathers, analyzes, validates and document business requirements using workshops, interviews, document analysis, site visits, business analysis, task, workflow analysis and observations that helps to analyze opportunities for improvement and identify possible options that may be adopted. This position works with stakeholders from all business units to identify business process and align solutions with business strategies.

- Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
- Develops and defines solutions to business problems using a wide range of methods and tools.
- Analyses business problems thoroughly using structured methods, identifying opportunities for change and improvement and their potential implications.

- Develops, writes, and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions.
- Provides assistance in documenting current business processes and models.
- Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
- Determines key measurement metrics for new functionality and define tracking Strategy.
- Develops knowledge of core systems and business processes; data sources and collection methods to understand business issues and data challenges.
- Works with different process owners to understand and improve business processes, ensuring that opportunities for simplification and removal of waste are fully exploited, drawing on the support of process and change specialists where needed.
- Works on a specific project through some or all of the project lifecycle, or they may work on several assignments in their area of specialism.
- Ensures compliance with the organization policies and procedures at all times.
