Administration Manager

Job Summary:

Managing, supervising and organizing all administrative work and general services provided at the factory, and setting various procedures and policies to implement them in the best possible way, including following up on buildings & utilities, cleaning activities, transportation management, hospitality, food services, clinic and health and security functions.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Managing and directing all tasks and activities related to the company’s administrative affairs and supervising their implementation in line with the adopted company’s policies and regulations.
  • Follow up on the various maintenance activities for buildings and factory facilities, coordinate the company’s transportation operations, and follow up on the licensing, maintenance of vehicles and ensuring the readiness and safety of company’s vehicles.
  • Supervising the implementation of security and safety measures for buildings and the assets of the company and its facilities, and ensuring the efficiency of these procedures and their implementation in accordance with the general safety and security policies.
  • Supervising the organization, coordination and management of correspondences and archive operations, including receiving incoming mail, sorting and distributing it to concerned persons and departments / sections, and organizing correspondence from different departments and sending them to the concerned authorities and entities.
  • Maintaining a high level of quality for materials and supplies, as well as the services provided.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or in related fields
  •  11+ years of experience in an administrative management role, including at least 4 years of experience in managerial level.
