مطلوب مدير المبيعات لدى براسيري ألمازة – شركة هاينكن لبنان
You will lead the Sales function that has been enhancing execution in market across channels since 2019 protecting leadership of Brasserie Almaza across channels.
You will contribute to the development of Almaza’s strategy and plans liaising with trade marketing and marketing functions;
You will translate the strategy into policies, annual plan and best practices and ensure realisation, update route to market in line with global standards and policies, to drive profitability, development, realisation of objectives and long-term growth.
You will develop a dynamic sales team, grow talents within sales function.
In order to develop the role, you influence synergies between marketing, trade marketing and sales. Your strategic mindset will help create successful sales and distribution strategies to grow profitable business within the domestic sales channel. Your management skills will help you direct your team members and engage them to realize the functional area objectives
WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

- Develop the strategy and plans for the Sales department in line with the company strategic goals and direction
- Drive route to market efficiencies across channels
- Communicate a clearly defined and motivating direction to the teams so that revenue, gross profit, penetration and brand equity targets are delivered.
- Lead the sales planning process successfully throughout the organization.
- Establishes performance goals for all managers and monitors their performance on a continual basis.
Budgeting & Costing
- Develop and manage budgets for all the functions, in alignment with needs of business and company resources.
- Champions data driven sales analysis to determine business growth potential across channels
- Contributes to the channel, category and portfolio strategy of Brasserie Almaza ensuring profitable growth
- Develops and co-ordinates local market strategies with trade marketing and marketing and converts into integrated channels and regional business strategy so that all activities will deliver on the overall company objectives.
- Manage the portfolio and SKU mix liaising with trade marketing to maximize sustainable profitability
- Leads on customer negotiation to strengthen position in market with sustainable ROI for business
- Lead the process to create, evaluate and select options, develop RTM strategy and assess profitability to ensure sustainability of BA.
- Champion the execution effectiveness of the sales through consistent evaluation and applying cross-category learning

- Attracts, retains, trains, manages and motivates a diverse Team in line with the BA values

- You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in a commercial area with at least 5 years in an FMCG senior sales / marketing role.
- You are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
