Technical Account Manager (French)
Acting as a key advisor to Microsoft’s Premier and Unified Support customers, you will manage Support Services aligned to our customers’ priorities as they try to maximise the business value of their investment with us.
This is primarily a front-line, customer facing support role and you will have the chance to interact with customers remotely by phone, e-mail, and via our communication tools. This is your chance to have an integral role supporting our customers on their digital transformation, while accelerating your career by driving business impact.

Your key responsibility in this role is to interact with our customers via the most effective method, ensuring it is how they want to be communicated with. Also, other activities you will be responsible for include:
- Creating a strategic support relationship with key stakeholders within our customers’ organisations;
- understanding the customer’s business and IT objectives in order to develop and manage the delivery of a comprehensive service delivery plan to enable customers realise the value of our products and cloud services;
- articulating the case for change and helping our customers evolve their IT maturity, driving productive use of our products;
partnering with our Sales and Services personnel to plan ways to create new opportunities within the accounts they service;
- assuming responsibility for the profitability of our services through effective portfolio management
- partnering with our customers to ascertain their business and IT priorities in order to set a long-term strategy for service delivery that aligns to those objectives.
- leading teams comprised of Microsoft, Partner and customer resources who may be engaged in the delivery of complex solutions that result in a One Microsoft approach.

Your success in this role will be achieved by using your assured communication skills and your focus on positive customer outcomes. You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in an enterprise support environment with a good understanding of corporate and/or public sector customer support needs.
- Experience in remote account management and/or support.
- Leading the orchestration of teams to ensure support delivery needs for customers are met
- Microsoft certification (Desirable)
- ITIL Foundation Certificate (Desirable).
You must be fluent in English and also French.
